When the charger plug into the outlet, the power light on the charger will become light green, which means that charger already plug into the power supply.

And then you should turn off the switch on the chair (this is very important), and make the other side of the charger line connect into the charger interface of the led chair and charge, and you will find the power light on the charger will become light red, which says the chair is charging now, once the battery get full, power light on the charger will become bright green, which means the battery gets full.
